News for the second half of 2010.........
Bayview has made some tremendous new additions to our staff including hiring of Michael Graham and Dan Harren (formerly DES) and Steve Szuper and Mike Swan (formerly McGraw Electric). Among other things, Mike and Dan bring a wealth of experience in design build and waste/water experience. Steve and Mike bring years of experience in industrial process/tooling work. Josh Morgan has also been hired as an estimator and is a great asset to the company. Combined with the existing great staff of estimators/pm's including (Chuck Crane and Garry Hartwick), Bayview is poised to have a great 2011.
Bayview successfully completed the Detroit Arsenal project with Granger Construction. Bayview's site team, lead by Jim Bernard as PM and Joe Landa as General Foreman did an oustanding job and deserve the accolades that the project is receiving from the Army Corp of Engineers and Granger. Thank you to the entire field team that did a great job on that project.
Bayview also recently completed work for the DPS system. Garry Hartwick was the PM responsible for the design build Fitzgerald School (with Jenkins Construction) and Dan Harren was responsible for $600k of renovation work for various schools completed in a little over 3 weeks with Detroit Contracting.
With the bad economy and 2009-2010 in our back windows, we are looking forward to 2011 and the success that our skilled staff of office and field employees can accomplish.
